Saturday, 18 November 2017 starting at 1.30pm in Unit 4, 48 May Street Bayswater

Our guest speaker for this meeting will be Dr Mike Galvin, Patron of the Military History Society of Western Australia.  Mike will present a paper about Lt Victor Ketterer MC, 16th Battalion titled 'First to Last and then Some'

Mike is also a member of the Medical Forensic Assessment Team for the Western Front Dead from WA (WFDWA) project and will talk about his experiences on this project.

Each meeting also usually includes a “sharing questions and solutions” session; specific research tips and techniques; short show and tell talks by a few members and progress reports on our SIG projects.  Come along and spend some time with fellow military researchers and tap into our joint expertise and experience.  A gold coin donation is appreciated to help build up WAGS military resources.
