WAGS welcomes The Army Museum of Western Australia Foundation as an Associate Member.

The Army Museum of WA was established in 1977. Originally located in 'Dilhorn' in Bulwer Street Perth, it moved to its current premises in the Artillery Barracks in Burt Street Fremantle in 1995.

The Museum has numerours displays, collections and significant items associated with Australian and Western Australian Military History.

The latest Gallery to be opened is the World War One Gallery which was formally opened by the Honourable John Day MLA, Minister for Planning, Culture and the Arts on Friday 11th October 2013. This brings the new Galleries to three significant redeveloped displays, the World War Two Gallery was opened in November 2012.
