If you would like to attend one of our courses you will need to register at FAMILY HISTORY WA EVENTS. To pay by mail or in person at Unit 5, 48 May Street, Bayswater, please download and complete this form:

Free courses also require registration due to the limit on seat numbers.
Booking Conditions
PLEASE NOTE: By booking and purchasing a seat on a course or workshop, you agree to the following conditions:
- WAGS courses or workshops may be cancelled without notice, if you have made a booking we will use our best efforts to notify you if a course or seminar is cancelled.
- If you have paid for a course or workshop which is cancelled by WAGS, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid. WAGS accept no liability for any other costs incurred by you for cancelled courses or workshops.
- If you fail to attend a course or workshop you automatically forfeit the course fee. A refund will be given at WAGS discretion.
- These conditions may be changed at any time without notice.
