TOPIC: Identifying a bullet casing

Identifying a bullet casing 16 Mar 2016 15:42 #1323

Would anyone know what type of gun/weapon this bullet may have belonged to?

I was always told Grandad brought it back from WWI in France.

It has written on the base CAL 50 and FA 38.

From searching the website it may be from Frankford Arsenal?
