Guide for Pending Payments

Step 1.Payments - Diagram 1

Login into to the WAGS membership system by following clicking on the Login link at the top right of the page.
(The image in Diagram 1 below shows the user as already logged in)

Step 2.

a) Not yet made a payment

If you have not made a payment as yet - Click on Join & Renew to proceed to the Shopping Cart, and have a look at our Guide for Making online payments.

b) Made a payment already

If you have made a payment and it is Pending, your cart will be showing that there is an entry in it - Click on “Show Cart” (once you have logged in

Otherwise, Click on “My Profile”, then “View Your Profile”, then “Purchases”paypal02

To view your purchases, click on “View Order #nnnn” (see image on right)

This will bring up your order. Click on “PayPal Click here to pay”, this will take you to Step 7 below.

Step 3.

If you had an item in your cart in Step 1 above, then click on “Checkout”

Reselect the “Payment Method” (Direct Bank Transfer or Paypal - which can also be just Credit Card).

Note that selecting “Direct Bank Transfer” will take you to a screen which will give you details of WAGS’s bank account.

You will then need to deposit your payment into WAGS account using your internet banking or at your bank branch.

Please remember to enter your member number, surname and the **SKU number of the item purchased, in the notify fields.

If you have not kept a copy of the payment advice, you can log in and check your payment records in "My Profile" under the "Purchases" tab, the SKU will be showing on the order/invoice.

** SKU number = Stock Keeping Unit number, this is showing on your tax invoice/receipt, a copy of which is sent to you via email at the time of your online transaction.

Step 5.

Click on “next”

Step 6.

Click on “Confirm Order” at the bottom

Step 7.

Payment - Diagram 4If you selected PayPal, either enter your existing PayPal account details, OR click on “Don’t Have a PayPal Account”, which will lead you to screens where you can make a payment using your own credit or debit card - just follow the prompts.

Step 8.

Proceed to make your payment.

Once your payment has been processed, it will either show as Pending, or a Confirmed payment.

If Pending, PayPal or your Bank will process the payment within a couple of days, or a week at the most.

You should receive a notification of the payment being Confirmed by PayPal or your Bank.

Step 9.

Log out - click on the "Log Out" link at the top right hand side of the screen (as shown in Diagram 1 above)
