If you are a WAGS Member, you are automatically provided with a registration, username, and password to log in to the website.
If you have not provided WAGS with your email address, you will need to let us know what your email address is, so that we can provide you with a log in. Please email your details to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you do not know, or have lost or forgotten your username and password, go to the FAQ page.
Non members will need to register in order to make a purchase.
Of course, you could always join WAGS by purchasing a New Membership, go to the FAQ page.
Making a payment
Login into to the WAGS online payments system by clicking on the Login link at the top right of the page.

a) Making your payment
If you have not made a payment as yet - Select the appropriate sub-menu from the WAGS Shop menu item, or to pay your membership, click Join & Renew to proceed to the Shopping Cart,
proceed to Step 3.
b) Made your payment already and it is Pending
If you have made a payment and it is Pending, your cart will be showing that there is an entry in it - go to our Guide for Pending online payments
Proceed to select the item/s you wish to purchase.
If you have previously selected an item and are now wanting to pay, there will be an item in your cart so click on “Checkout” in the Cart (as per Diagram 1 above).
Select the “Payment Method” (Direct Bank Transfer or PayPal - which can also be just Credit Card).
Confirm your order
If you have selected to pay by Direct Debit, you will be taken to a screen which gives you details of WAGS' Bank Account, BSB etc, as below
You will then need to deposit your payment into that (WAGS) account using your internet banking or at your bank branch.
Please remember to enter your member number, surname and the **SKU number of the item purchased, in the notify fields.
** SKU = Stock keeping unit number, this is showing on your tax invoice/receipt, a copy of which is sent to you via email at the time of your online transaction.
If you have not kept a copy of the payment advice, you can log in and check your payment records in "My Profile" under the "Purchases" tab, the SKU will be showing on the order/invoice.
If you have elected to pay via PayPal, you will be taken to the screen as shown on the left.
Click on “PayPal Click here to pay”, this will take you to Step 7 below.
If you selected PayPal, either enter your existing PayPal account details, OR click on “Don’t Have a PayPal Account”, which will lead you to screens where you can make a payment using your own credit or debit card - just follow the prompts.
Proceed to make your payment.
Once your payment has been processed, it will either show as Pending, or a Confirmed payment.
If Pending, PayPal or your Bank will process the payment within a couple of days, or a week at the most.

You should receive a notification of the payment being Confirmed either by PayPal, your Bank, or by update from WAGS. If unsure, or to check on your purchases, Log in and check the details of your payment in the Purchases tab under "My Profile".
Don't forget to Log out - click on the "Log Out" link at the top right hand side of the screen (as shown in Diagram 1 above)
