A Sense of Scale 11Bn Officers

11th Battalion A.I.F. on the Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops), in Giza Egypt

A joint WAGS and Curtin University exhibition is coming up at the John Curtin Gallery, Curtin University, Bentley Campus.

Opening on the 23rd April and running through to Late November 2015 this exhibition is presented in honour of all of those serving in the 11th Battalion.

A very large scale print of the iconic 11th Battalion Cheops photo was installed in the John Curtin Gallery on 25 March 2015.

This installation gives a different dimension to the photo and enables people to get a real sense of the scale of the occasion and location - impressive.

We hope that you will be able to visit the John Curtin Gallery and view the Exhibition, meantime a couple of images to whet your appetite. The exhibition was featuredin an article in The West Australian of 27 March 2015, as below.
