1. WAGS Orientation

Discover how to get the most out of your WAGS membership.

New members or any member wanting a refresher session (or if you are thinking of joining WAGS) on what resources are available to help you with your research - in the library, on our website and elsewhere. Each orientation session includes information and demonstrations on how to use WAGS library and catalogue, what resources are available on our computers, Activities program, Special Interest Groups, WAGSnet, WAGS forum, WAGS website plus lots more.

The day will start at 10.00am, break for morning tea, and conclude approximately 12.00pm. You are then free to use the library until 14:30.

You are invited to bring your lunch [tea and coffee provided] and join with others in some lunchtime discussion before moving to the library to do your own research.

RSVP to the Library -  9271 4311  or email    Orientation  or, you can now also "Register" by logging in and then going to the Event Calendar, select the Orientation day of your choice, and at the bottom of that events page tick the box and click on the registration button - done!

Orientation days are held on the: 3rd Wednesday of each month, February to November, except July.

2017 dates:  Wednesdays 15 February, 15 March, 17 May, 21 June, 29 July (Saturday), 16 August,  20 September,

18 October and 15 November

Orientation Dates are available on the Events Calendar - use the filter "Title" function and type orientation in the search box
