We run a series of FREE informal lunchtime talks and guided discussions on various topics. You do not need to book to attend - just bring your lunch and come along (tea and coffee provided). All are welcome.
These sessions are led by experienced WAGS members and mainly concentrate on informing you about how to get the most out of your membership, and hints and tips on how and where to research.
When: 12.00 - 1.30pm on the 2nd Monday of most months.

Monday 13 March 2017 - Writing For Family History - Julie Martin
We all have family stories to tell. Bring your ancestors to life through good storytelling rather than outlining the basic facts of their lives. Julie will share the tips she learned whilst taking the online Writing Your Family History unit through the University of Tasmania.
Monday 11 April - Military Photos - Lee-Ann Atkinson A pictorial history of an Australian soldier. Please join me in this tribute by bringing along your special photo of your serviceman or women to display on the day.
Monday 9 May - Ancestors in Church - Lee-Ann Atkinson Using church publications for family history. What information have you uncovered?
