chatterWe run a series of FREE informal lunchtime talks and guided discussions on various topics.  You do not need to book to attend - just bring your lunch and come along (tea and coffee provided).  All are welcome.

These sessions are led by experienced WAGS members and mainly concentrate on informing you about how to get the most out of your membership, and hints and tips on how and where to research.

When: 12.00 - 1.30pm on the 2nd Monday of most months.

Where: at WAGS - Unit 4, 48 May St, Bayswater

Sessions are outlined below...

Monday 13 February 2017 - Facebook - Liana Fitzpatrick

Monday 13 March 2017 - Writing For Family History - Julie Martin

We all have family stories to tell.  Bring your ancestors to life through good storytelling rather than outlining the basic facts of their lives.  Julie will share the tips she learned whilst taking the online Writing Your Family History unit through the University of Tasmania.
