I am not sure if anyone can help me. I am trying to trace the records of Harold Norman Lee West who married here in 1914. I am getting information that he came from Mt Gambier in SA, and his father was Edward J West, surgeon.
I cannot find any birth records in SA (or any other state)for this man, so I thought that perhaps he came over to Aus, but again can't find any passenger listings for him.

I thought if Edward studied in Aus, that there might be records which might give me an indicator of which state they were from.

Can anyone help, or am I just a lost cause?
